Let's just pretend that the bombs built over the years are going to be put to use. Imagine the future: whatever fragments of earth aren't immediately fried will be plunged into nuclear winter. All this world will be destroyed, unless we all do something: wouldn't you do everything you could, no matter what it took, to stop this from happening ?? (!!) many people have come together to call for a day of no business as usual april 20, 1985, to shut fown and disrupt the daily routine. through which we are lurching toward global war. there is no time to waste hoping that the major powers will suddenly be seized by a fit of mationality and change course themselves; it's up to us! there's no time to be nice and "just go along with it because: they won't listen to reason they won't be bound by votes the government must be stopped from launching world war II no matter what it takes! we want you (ALL of You) to join us. we're not planning "protest and dissent as usual." doing something by the book going home feeling good that we "did something" and who cares if it had any real effect at stopping anything! No Business As Usual can say: we Can do something to prevent them from launching this world war .. and we want even more people to wake up april 30 realizing we can change all this. for local plans call now (212)460-8067 (leave message)/ Office Hours: M-F 11am-2pm, Tues 6-8pm, Wed 3-5pm or write NBAU-NYC, 318 E 6th St #143 10012
