Description: The CFU filed a provincial BC LRB complaint that the employer unfairly fired a CFU member. This letter is from the employers lawyers claiming the firing was due to improper work on the job. The issue was settled in the workers favor on July 17, 1981 with back wages. Another agreement between union and employer on June 11, 1982 concerning the same worker.
