Country Farm Natural Foods Picket Line visited by UFW President Cesar Chavez- Watno Dur Magazine Vol.9 No.85
On March 20, 1981, ten workers at Country Farm Natural Foods reject the employers offer. Nineteen days later on April 8 the first CFU strike begins. This short report of the picket line at Richmond's Country Farm, include the only known pictures of UFW president Cesar Chavez joining the picket line and accompanied by Raj Chouhan and others.
Farmworkers of BC - Watno Dur Magazine Vol.7 No.70 & 71

Pastures of Plenty Photos - Ankur Magazine Vol.1 No.1
An excerpt from the first issue of Ankur (A New Beginning) published by the Ankur Collective (similar to members of Vancouver Sath, including Sadhu Binning, Sukhwant Hundal and Harji Sangra --both Sukhwant and Harji are former CFU organizers). The magazine editorial explains one of the reasons for this new journal, 'for many Indo-Canadian writers has been a marginalization of their work by the mainstream media.'
