This report focuses on discussing the guidelines for China's pollution abatement. Based on surveys and analysis of the current state, future trends, characteristics of environmental pollution in China as well as the experience of pollution control, the report proposed the guidelines which should direct the follow-up sub-project research, and is important for the group to do further study on China's pollution control strategy.
