This report analyses 6 key policy areas towards green development in Western China, including: managing and restoring fragile ecosystems, managing energy and mineral resources and pollution control, improving labour quality and diversity, promoting sustainable urbanization, promoting green and inclusive industrial development and improved institutional and policy settings.
