This week on Writers and Company- Salman Rushdie, one of the world's most celebrated Authors. Rushdie lived in hiding for ten years under the Ayatollah Khomeini's fatwa. In 1999 the death threat was lifted, and Rushdie could live a normal life and so could his infamous novel, The Satanic Verses. He'll discuss the book, as well as his latest novel The Enchantress of Florence.
