Description: United Fishermen and Allied Workers Union lobby of legislature to demand action on collective bargaining rights for fishermen and workers' compensation coverage for fishermen, among other issues. Photo shows union secretary Homer Stevens addressing the crowd. The lobby was prompted by an ex parte injunction granted to the strikebreaking Pacific Trollers Association, preventing striking herring fishermen from picketing a processing company.
