OTEU [Office and Technical Employees Union] rally re: BC Hydro privatization, Hydro headquarters

Description: Members of the OTEU Local 378 demonstrate outside BC Hydro headquarters in downtown Vancouver to protest the crown corporation's continuing contracting out of work. Hydro employees were boycotting the company cafeteria which had privatized. Mail service had also been contracted out. The rally warned of future privatization moves including the sale of BC Gas and rail divisions (prophetic in both cases).
