Description: Typescript, copy,Summary: Requests Forin's help. Doukhobor community has split since Verigin's death. CCUB [Christian Community of Universal Brotherhood] had promised the smaller group a separate settlement when the CCUB's new leader arrives. Leader has not yet arrived and now CCUB wants to forcefully evict those who do not agree with them. The bigger party (CCUB) caused the smaller party to lose money in 1925. CCUB is now seeking legal rights to remove members of smaller party. Verigin asks that Forin explain circumstances to Supreme Court of British Columbia.
