Description
The drawings depict a story of the daily lives of Indo-Canadian farmworkers. Each drawing tries to encode problems that farmworkers face. They are used as teaching aides by tutors in the ESL classes. Photocopied drawings (mounted on cardboard 11' x 17") by Shirley McGrew. The sixth drawing is missing and the last drawing was edited out of the series. See A Time To Grow file for curriculum text used by tutors with each drawing.
