This second annual proposal was developed to raise funds amongst the non-governmental organizations (NGOs). Also, first phase assesment with details of CFU cultural and educational material produced. Attached: a double-sided one sheet for the film 'A Time to Rise' in french and English a brochure 'An Appeal to the BC Legislature'; a letter from Raj Chouhan with a summary of BC provincial labour laws that exclude farmworkers; the first proposal of the Farmworkers ESL Crusade.
