Description

The man standing by the memorial pole is Chief Anethlas, and the boy by the frontal pole of Monster House is young Willy Matthews (later Chief Wiah). The memorial pole of a standing beaver with a stick in its mouth is virtually identical to the interior pole of Monster House. There is a sculpin (spiny fish) incised on the beavers stomach and a small copper was attached to the pole between the ears of the beaver.
