Description
Telecommunications Workers Union members set up picket lines outside B.C. Tel headquarters (The Boot) in Burnaby as part of a series of rotating strikes, a strategy to get the company to follow the terms of the Hall Report in establishing a collective agreement. B.C. Tel responded by locking out 1,400 workers at the Burnaby location.
