Telecommunications Workers Union members walk the picket line at BC Tel headquarters in Burnaby after company locked out all its 10,000 employees. Key issue was job security with TWU seeking the terms of the report prepared by conciliator Noel Hall, who recommended that existing language in the collective agreement on contracting-out be retained.
