Pickets locked out at Labatts

Members of the Brewery Workers Union picket Labatt's Brewery in New Westminster after lockout by new employers' association. Although not yet accredited by the Labour Relations Board, the new Brewery Labor Relations Association — comprised of Labatt's, Molsons, Carling and Columbia breweries — moved unilaterally to impose an industry-wide lockout to block separate agreements by individual breweries.
