Description

Karl Gregg, president of Vocational Instructors Association speaks to a Langara Community College student rally in support of first-ever strike by VIA. Picket lines came down when provincial labour minister Bill King appointed industrial inquiry commissioner Noel Hall to prepare non-binding recommendations for settlement of the dispute and VIA members agreed to withdraw their demand for binding arbitration.
