Description

Langara Community College students hold rally in college concourse in support of first-ever strike by Vancouver Instructors Association. Picket lines came down when provincial labour minister Bill King appointed industrial inquiry commissioner Noel Hall to prepare non-binding recommendations for settlement of the dispute and VIA members agreed to withdraw their demand for binding arbitration.
