Political cartoon illustrating a road full of cars driving through Canadian Customs in a half loop through to USA Customs. Before crossing the border the cars leave "The Great American Desert" and pass a billboard reading "Coca Cola". Once in Canada the cars pass billboards listing different types of alcohol. After reaching "The Oasis in the Desert" the cars are drawn driving the wrong way and getting into accidents, passing a cemetery before crossing back through the Peace Arch back into the USA. In the centre of the illustration is a larger drawing of Uncle Sam sitting on a stool next to a cow at the "B.C. Govt Dairy" holding out a clay jug to a man holding a bucket. The caption reads "Oh. If I had a Cow which gave such Milk"
