Bring the stroller, invite your neighbours, pack a picnic hamper, don't miss out. The Public Dreams Society is a non-profit charitable organization that produces public art events. The Society aims to revive and redefine community arts and the artists' role in the community./ ILLUMINARES: An Evening Lantern Procession and Public Dream is produced by the Public Dreams Society with the assistance of: BC hydro BCTEL West Coast Reduction Ltd.
