Description

On the left, Roasted Person was carved for Chief Ksdiyaawak by Bayt Neekhl. It stood 40 ft tall when erected ca. 1850. This pole was cut down and burned in 1918 during the religious revival. (Info. from: http://gingolx.ca/nisgaaculture/ancient_villages/villages.html)
