House-Front-Blackfish

This pole was raised by Chief Hagbegwatu. The full length of the pole is a carving of a Blackfish (whale) with its head down. A long fin is attached to the pole with a circular perforation in the middle. Along the base of the fin is the mythic person, Gunarhnaesems, who is sitting and facing down like the blackfish.
